Your guide collects you from your hotel by tuk-tuk and takes you to meet the master chef at the restaurant. Together you walk a local market full of fresh herbs, vegetables and spices, handpicking the ingredients for your class and learning what each one means in Khmer cooking. Then it's out to the countryside and a Khmer family home, where the chef guides you step by step through three traditional dishes and a local dessert.
